BULLY LOVE RETURN POLICY
Before packaging, we make sure that every product (garment and printing) is in a condition according our specifications. It may happen that we have overlooked something and in that case we will gladly refund you once you have returned the flawed product to us, and we have inspected the product for said flaw.
Any damage or lost products caused by the courier company, whether sending or returning.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in 100% original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
We do not refund any garment that is purchased with the wrong size – please refer to the sizes chart of each item when adding to cart.
Email us and state the reason for the return and how it will be returned. We will communicate with you before initiating a return.
Once we have received the goods and are satisfied that you have a valid reason for a refund, the refund will take place within 7 (seven) days after receiving the goods and inspected by us. Provide us with your necessary banking details.
